Volleyball tips please!?
My team is not doing well with communication...you know when the ball comes over and it's right in between two people....even though this does not happen that often i was wondering if you have any tips or excercises that we could do to make communication better. Thanks!

Well you can replay these circumstances during practice, get just two players on the court like on opposite sides and throw the ball in the middle of two of them and they have to communicate with each other and get the ball, then do it with like one in the front and one in the back, also diagonal from each other. If no one goes for the ball then they run a lap. It's a good drill and it really helps. Also tell them to be aggressive and that it's better to run into each other than not get the ball.
