I'm too fat to swim...?
I'm 16, and wear a size 16/18 pants and feel like a whale, like some people tell me I don't look big but I really am...I want to be on the swim team or some sports team but feel that I am too fat to do it, and I like running, and doing stuff that's active but I never do it because of my low self-esteem because when I race my skinny friends I keep up easily, and can even beat one of my smaller friends. I just have low self esteem.

Don't worry about it i am the same way. I'm 17 size 12 and I play all kinds of sports. Trust me if you are out doing things people will respect you more because it means you aren't being lazy. I play hockey with a bunch of skinny people and I am just as fast as them so don't worry about it at all.

no one is to fat to swim. actually swimming is a good way to lose weight. You should always tell yourself that your pretty. Also there are some people in the world that arent skinny and they are way more prettier than the skinny people.

Nah man, you're never too big to exercise!!! It's better if you start now than lazying around!!
I mean I"m pretty much the same and I'm out there play sports with people, I'm quite small but I'm stronger and faster than them. SO just gotaa believe in yourself and don't let anyone put you down, especially yourself
