Default What is the most efficient way to?

develop side and front splits. Some martial artist have stretched for years and they can't split. Then there are those that can do it in only 60 days. I'm almost sure its partly genetic but I'm also sure that there is a way through bands, weights, etc. to develop faster.

there is no way to develop faster unless you are very young ... you need 4 years of daily intense splitting. and + 10 years to apply it in combat ...

it is seriously dangerous to force splits as an adult. unless you are ready to bear with hellish pain and permanent damage ... coz spiting involves RIPPING tissues from the sockets to force its maximum dexterity ... not to mention there is alot of fleash at the hips that blocks movement ...

what you can do is MUSCLE KILL AND REPAIR TECHNIQUE its the secret in bodybuilding that applies on every thing. just work out until you literally murdered ALL of the WEAK and OLD muscles you have,
dont wory theu will grow back stronger ONLY if you have a TON of PROTEIN reserves, so eat alot of dead pig and or cow ... not chicken though ... in my experience chicken does not give that, flesh tightening sensation i get when i wake up in the morning with newly born muscles ....

I like to go to the beach and let the sand support me as I stretch it has the properties that move slowly and the sand gives it's good all around for limbering up and this is important
