Default If you know martial arts help, Taekwondo, really

big tournament, any help is good, IMMEDIATE TEN POINTS? I'm kinda experienced and I've sparred many times. Few months ago I got Gold, I was still really good, my coach would put me up against three people and I still won, I was very confident, I would face players very much taller than me.. Now i stopped practicing for maybe a month and im back, it has been almst a month that ive been back in practise but im more humble and not so bada$$. I have been to small tournaments and have done well but nw its like the biggest tournament ever!! poeple from all over are here to compete.. My sister has tons of experience and is a power kicker yet she only got bronze ( shes best in our class, well used to ).

here is what i can do ( no intention to brag, these are comments by poeple)

used to be a strong kicker now weak
( I REALLY NEED STRENGTH THIS IS ONE F THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTRS )

fast

i can jump and move high

accurate

can get many kicks ( weak, so maybe no points)

good stamina

I have a hard time against players who continusly kick and give you no chance to strike ( BIGGEST PROB)

i know all kicks that has been taught but only 50% of the kicks are dependable, turning long and turning side kick is very undependable

slowish response

I have a week before the tourna, i need a strategy, i was really good before all i needed was height before, now well...


BTW i have many misspelled wrds coz my keyboard is kinda brken, especially the letter "o"
