Would Xena win a real fight?
Okay, we all know about Xena. But could such a woman, considering she is well trained... let's say she is also a master in martial arts, aikido for example, could she win a fight against a medieval knight dressed in gothic full armor?
My question tends for 2 issues:
1. The capability of a well trained, master of arms woman to defeat a man.
2. The armor problem. Yes, Xena would be dressed in that typical amazon armour. Although not full body covered, it prevails by being light, flexible, quick. Let's consider she is also a good gymnast and acrobatics is part of her arsenal. He, on the other side, is in full gothic plate and also well trained to use that armor. But his fighting is the typical european fighting of that period.
So, how would you appreciate such a fight, a real situation, nothing staged, all for real. Let's consider they both fight with a longsword of the same type and both are well trained with it.
Case 1: She is a master of swordfighting, acrobatics and aikido. He is a well trained fighter, european medieval style.
Case 2: She - the same as above. He is also a master, but no acrobatics, no other style than the usual european medieval.
Let's put it in percentage. What are her chances in both cases??

in both cases, The man would hold advantages across the board, and above all brute strength with some skill usually would hold up against weaker strength and more skills. there are never coed fights in boxing, mma, or any sport for that matter. even the strongest, fastest women in the nba, nfl, whatever, would not be able to hold their own against even practice squad members, and that is why the sports are separated. i'd give the man an 80 to 85 percent chance, with the woman's chances pretty much rely on if she can kill with the sword, or maybe a groin kick.
