Default Is Drunken Master a real fighting style?

If so, can i learn it anywhere in California?

and do you actually have to be drunk?
I live in Southern California, a small town about 3 hours from LA called Ridgecrest. Is there any place where i could learn it?

Yes, drunken boxing aka drunken fist is a real fighting style. the people that I've seen do drunken boxing aren't actually drunk. They just act drunk and stumble all over the place. Drunken boxing is more of a performance type of wushu. I doubt that anyone can actually use it if they were really drunk and in a fight.
