Seagal would survive and win because he's better at using guns. I think Walker just uses a hand gun. Seagal uses all kings of automatic weapons and improvised explosives.

When Chuck Norris goes into the water, he doesn't get wet... the water gets Chuck Norris... Segal is to fat these days 15 years ago I would have said Segal, maybe even 10 years ago, but Chuck keeps in shape, Segal has gotten lazy.

Segal is a washed up has-been that never was. He has Jean Claude Van Damme's syndrome; everyone think's he's such a hardass, but then get's his butt kicked in a strip club by some drunk dude. In Segal's case, it was getting his sorry ass handed to him by Judo Master Gene Lebell, who was pissed off at him for the way he bullies stunt doubles. Way to be a big man Steven, picking on guys smaller than you.

Chuck Norris has been a competition fighter for his entire life. He retired from competition martial arts with a 65-5 record, and he avenged every one of his defeats, which included Martial arts greats like Louis Delgado and Ron Marchini. The only fights Segal bothers to get into are one-sided fights with untrained fellow actors that he can easily bully around, and the only real fight he has ever been in resulted in him getting whipped like a disobedient circus monkey.

Chuck would own Segal, easily. Not only is he all around a better and more experienced martial artist, he is a better person in general.

Someone mentioned Bruce Lee. Well Bruce and Chuck were very respecting of each other, and were known to be close. Real recognizes real, and Bruce Lee wouldn't have given a washed up arrogant piece of garbage like Segal the time of day.

More likely Norris because his better shape and has fighting experience with striking and grappling where as Seagals fighting more limited. then again this is theory.. whoever has the bigger heart will win.
