nope nope. Jr. is seen as the remaining key to his dad. I personally don't think that he is that great of a driver. But I root for Kenseth so that is a biased opinion. He hasn't won in forever.

Jr is with HMS for 1 reason.

The kid is a money making machine. Between Gordon and Johnson HMS has enough wins and championships. Jr could not win another race for the rest of his career, and his fans would still gobble up all his merchandise.
