It seems to be more one to one, and physical, and so to stop the poor mites getting hurt, they need protection, and yes english MEN do not need this protection......

American football is more intense than rugby, yes by a lot. Croquet?!?! Are you kidding me? It's more boring than golf. American football players wear pads and helmets because they need protection from 300 pound guys running into them at full speed with the power of like 6 horses each. That is an experience rugby players or croquet players can never experience.

American football Is gay, face the truth it is a pussies game, an they cry and fall on the ground like they are unconsious and get up 5 minutes later, the superbowl is just a huge show instead of an actual game, the entertainment lasts longer than the games on time. an ignorant yanks think it is made by them so everyone will watch, the fact is no one likes it but them. and they don't even kick it, so how is it football, at least i'd Aussies don't throw around. rugby has spread to a number of countries and Australian rules football has spread to Fiji, Ireland and even america is interested, I have answered many questions from all those countries ad there is even Irish players in the afl and will soon be Fiji players.
a ball and run into each other for 3 hours. our footy codes are
real mens games, instead of girly sooky cry baby sh!t

They are just a bunch of big girls blouses. They would not last five minutes in a game of rugby, they would be in tears if they had to play for a solid 80 minutes, aaahh, bless.
